Climate Change is a global phenomenon which affects the continuity of human, animal and vegetal life. Many people die everyday for starvation, droughts, and famines. The strong linkage between economic growth, trading system and sustainable development take us to the idea that the WTO must have a direct responsibility for having liberalize the commerce increasing CO2 emissions. Kyoto Protocol represented by the developed countries, pretends to reduce greenhouse emissions; however, efforts are not enough. Developing countries as China and India are rising emissions unstoppable, plus the rejection of some others to collaborate, it is not possible to reach the target.
