Bought this book because of my interest in business restructuring and got what i wanted, this book contains a good and detailed template for restructuring companies, after reading i could understand the basics where to check for problems and how to do that the right way, and how to implement changes, for me as a student it was maybe a little bit too complicated because i am not used to work in huge companies and some of the processes was not clear to me, but i could understand most of it anyway, as it is said on the cover, the book is for senior managers and vice presidents and they get what they deserve.Похожие книги
