Having experience with the earlier generation processors, the ADSP-2100 series, this book is like being reacquainted with an old friend. Anyone who programmed the 2100 series will be familiar with the core of the Black Fin and very pleased with the tools that are available for developing and testing. The author does a good job of including examples and discussion based on real world experience.
