Researchers have explored different factors in the process of changing behaviour to realize optimum performance management. These factors have an impact on the development of performance management. To realize an optimum performance management is quite a challenge for many companies. This is often a big problem in many organizations. In many organizations performance management is not a big priority. Companies usually do not have a written policy about performance management. This could lead to a poor performance management within the organization. Within a company there are many factors that are involved in the process of changing behaviour and performance management. These factors have a big impact on the performance management.
