The Rocky Mountain News started the column Recipe Please in 1998 as a forum for readers to request their favorite restaurant recipes. The column was so popular that in 2004, Recipe Please, the cookbook, became a reality. Three printings, five years, and a few hundred Recipe Please columns later, it was clearly time for a new edition. This time around the author assembles not only new recipes from the more recent columns, but also some of those don t miss recipes from the first edition.
