To compete successfully in today’s global market environment, extant literature and research have acknowledged that it is becoming increasingly important and indispensable for organizations to complete an analysis and identification of stakeholder groups. Historically, the common managerial approach to stakeholder understandingwas to simply forecast their actions either from a senior leadership view or independent consultant’s perception and to adopt a defensive position, rather than trying to strategically manage and understand the stakeholder actions. The methodology utilized in this research is a modified version ofthe multi-source performance feedback tool. The purpose in utilizing this method of analysis is to focus on the primacy of each stakeholder group’s perception of the other interested stakeholder groups vis-a-vis, levels of power and influence, and their effect on organizational policies, programs, and procedures.
