For the first time in this home-design series, we are devoting an entire volume to contemporary kitchen creations. This completely new publication (2007-2008) features the latest kitchen projects by leading designers and kitchen manufacturers. A great deal of attention is also devoted to high-quality kitchen equipment, such as exclusive cookers, hobs and large refrigerators. Contemporary kitchens have undergone a real transformation in recent years. What was once a purely functional space has developed into a proper living environment, which is still used for cooking, but also for eating, watching TV, and even as an informal place to receive guests.
