This book is a case study in "jumping the shark". The author correctly identified a new phenomenon (call it wikinomics, or crowdsouring or whatever). Unfortunately, I was seven chapters deep and he had still to provide one single insight that I could not have inferred from the title. Worse. The style is turgid and filled with jargon.
